Case Manager

Case Managers connect with participants at court and help them navigate services and resources at court/throughout the week as needed.

In-person│Mondays 9am-12pm

Courtroom Navigator

Courtroom Navigators assist participants as they enter the courtroom, check them in,  and direct them to intake, SMCC Staff, or Services.

In-person│Mondays 10am-12pm

Digital Coordinator

Digital Coordinators help take notes during SMCC staff meetings and help keep case files updated.

In-person or Remote│Mondays 9am-10am and/or Wednesdays 11am-12pm

Community Outreach Liaison

The Community Outreach Liaison helps with outreach and managing public communication.
